Booking

How do I book a treatment?

Choose your service, date and time on our booking page and send the request. You can also contact us via WhatsApp or Zalo if you prefer to arrange your visit by message.

Is my booking confirmed as soon as I submit the form?

Not yet. Your booking is received as a pending request. We check availability and confirm with you by phone call, WhatsApp or Zalo, so please make sure your phone number is correct.

Can I choose my therapist?

Yes. You can select a preferred therapist in the booking form. We will do our best to arrange it, depending on availability, and will contact you if we need to suggest an alternative.

What information do I need to provide when booking?

Just your full name and phone number, plus the service, duration, date and time you would like, and a preferred therapist if you have one. Which muscle areas to focus on, recent races or training, old injuries, health conditions and your pressure preference are discussed in person with your therapist during the consultation before your treatment.

What are your opening hours?

We are open every day from 09:00 to 20:00.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Please let us know as early as possible, ideally at least 3 hours before your appointment, by phone, WhatsApp or Zalo. Early notice lets us offer the time to another guest. See our contact page for details.

Treatments

What is the difference between sports massage and deep tissue massage?

Sports massage is built around activity: it combines techniques such as stretching, compression and targeted work to help you prepare for, or recover from, training and events. Deep tissue massage uses slow, sustained pressure to work into deeper layers of muscle and fascia, and suits chronic tightness from training, desk work or long travel. If you are unsure, describe your goals to your therapist during the consultation and they will recommend an approach.

Which treatment should I choose after a run, ride or match?

For recovery after hard exercise, a Muscle Recovery Massage or Sports Massage is usually a good fit. If you have stubborn knots in specific areas, Muscle Release Therapy focuses on those points. Our services page explains each option.

What is cupping therapy?

Cupping uses cups that create gentle suction on the skin to lift and decompress soft tissue. Many people use it alongside massage for tight back, shoulder and leg muscles. Learn more on our cupping therapy page.

Will cupping leave marks?

It often does. Cupping can leave round, temporary marks on the skin that usually fade over several days. They are not bruises from impact, but please keep them in mind if you have an event or photos planned.

How firm is the pressure?

It is always adjusted to you. Your therapist checks in on pressure during the session, and you can ask for lighter or firmer pressure at any time. Effective recovery work does not need to be painful.

Will I feel sore afterwards?

Mild muscle soreness for a day or two after deep or sports-focused work is a normal response. Drinking water, gentle movement and rest usually help. If you feel sharp or unusual pain, please seek medical advice.

Health & Safety

Is massage a substitute for medical treatment?

No. Our treatments support recovery, mobility and well-being, but they do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. If you have an injury or ongoing pain, please see a qualified medical professional first.

When should I avoid massage or cupping?

Please check with a doctor before booking if you have a fever or infection, a recent injury or surgery, blood clots or a bleeding disorder, take blood-thinning medication, have uncontrolled high blood pressure or a heart condition, or have broken skin in the treatment area.

Can I book a massage if I am pregnant?

Please check with your doctor first and tell your therapist during the consultation before your treatment. Some techniques, including cupping and deep pressure, are not suitable during pregnancy, and your therapist may adapt or decline certain treatments.

Can I have a massage straight after a race or hard session?

Yes, but immediately after intense exercise a lighter, flushing style of massage is usually more appropriate than deep work. Tell your therapist when your event or session took place so they can plan accordingly.

What hygiene standards do you follow?

Fresh linens are used for every guest, and treatment rooms and equipment are cleaned between sessions.

Are your treatments professional and non-sexual?

Yes. Adella Spa is a strictly non-sexual, therapeutic environment. Professional draping is used at all times, and we will end a session immediately if a guest behaves inappropriately.

Your Visit

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive about 10 minutes early so you can settle in and talk through your focus areas with your therapist. If you arrive late, your session may need to end at the scheduled time.

What should I wear?

Wear something comfortable. You will be asked to undress to your level of comfort, and you will be covered with a towel or sheet throughout, with only the area being worked on uncovered.

Can I come straight from the beach or a workout?

Of course. If possible, rinse off sand, sea water or sunscreen first so the treatment can be as effective and comfortable as possible.

What language will my therapist speak?

Let us know your preferred language when we call to confirm your booking and we will do our best to accommodate it. Our website is available in English and Vietnamese.

Should I bring anything?

Nothing in particular. We recommend leaving valuables at your hotel or home, and bringing a water bottle to rehydrate after your session.

Pricing

Where can I see your prices?

All current prices are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) on our pricing page.

Can prices change?

Prices may be updated from time to time. The price that applies to your visit is the one confirmed for your booking.

Do I need to pay when I submit a booking request?

Submitting the form on our booking page sends a request only. We will confirm your appointment and any details you need by phone call, WhatsApp or Zalo.

Is tipping expected?

Tipping is entirely optional and at your discretion.

Can I ask about prices before booking?

Of course. If you are unsure which treatment or duration suits your budget, send us a message via our contact page and we will be happy to help.
