Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to bookings and treatments at Adella Spa and to the use of our website. They are here to keep every session safe, professional and fair for guests and therapists alike. By requesting a booking or receiving a treatment, you agree to these terms.

1. 1. Booking requests and confirmation

Bookings made through our booking page are requests, not confirmed appointments. Each request is received with a "pending" status, and your appointment is confirmed only when we confirm it with you by phone call, WhatsApp or Zalo. You are also welcome to contact us via WhatsApp or Zalo.

You may choose a preferred therapist. We will do our best to accommodate this, but it depends on availability. If your preferred therapist or time is not available, we will contact you to suggest an alternative.

Please provide your correct full name and phone number so we can reach you about your booking. Our hours are 09:00–20:00, every day.

2. 2. Arrival time

Please arrive about 10 minutes before your appointment. This gives you time to settle in, change and talk through your focus areas and any health considerations with your therapist before the session starts.

3. 3. Late arrival

If you arrive late, we will do our best to give you a full session. However, to respect the next guest's booking, your treatment may need to be shortened and end at the originally scheduled time. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.

4. 4. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know as early as possible, ideally at least 3 hours before your scheduled time, by phone, WhatsApp or Zalo. Early notice allows us to offer the time to another guest.

If we need to change or cancel a confirmed appointment for any reason, we will contact you as early as possible and offer an alternative time.

5. 5. Health declaration and contraindications

Your safety comes first. Our website does not collect health information, so before your treatment you must tell your therapist in person, during the pre-treatment consultation, about any medical conditions, recent injuries, surgery, medication or pregnancy. Our therapists may adjust, postpone or decline a treatment if it may not be suitable for you.

Massage, cupping and fire cupping may not be appropriate if you have, for example:

  • Fever, an infection or a contagious illness.
  • Acute injuries, fractures, open wounds or recent surgery in the treatment area.
  • Blood clots, deep vein thrombosis, bleeding disorders or use of blood-thinning medication.
  • Uncontrolled high blood pressure or serious heart conditions.
  • Skin conditions, burns, rashes or broken skin in the treatment area.
  • Pregnancy, unless the treatment has been discussed and agreed in advance.

6. 6. Massage is not medical treatment

Our treatments support muscle recovery, mobility and general well-being. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment, and our therapists do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medication. If you have an injury or ongoing pain, please consult a qualified medical professional, and follow their advice about whether massage is suitable for you.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the health information you give your therapist. Please tell your therapist straight away if you feel pain or discomfort during a session so they can adjust the pressure or stop.

7. 7. Professional conduct

Adella Spa is a professional, therapeutic environment. All treatments are strictly non-sexual. Any inappropriate comment, request or behaviour towards our staff will result in the session being ended immediately, and we may refuse future bookings.

Our therapists use professional draping at all times and will only work on areas you have agreed to. You may ask to adjust or stop the treatment at any time.

We may also decline or end a treatment if a guest appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if continuing would not be safe.

8. 8. Personal belongings

Please keep valuables to a minimum and look after your personal belongings during your visit. We take reasonable care of our premises, but we cannot accept responsibility for loss of or damage to personal items unless caused by our negligence.

9. 9. Prices

Prices are shown in Vietnamese Dong (VND) on our pricing page and may change from time to time. The price that applies is the one confirmed for your booking. Any optional extras will be agreed with you before they are provided.

10. 10. Website content

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, including service descriptions, availability and prices. However, errors may occasionally occur and content may change without notice. Information on this website is general in nature and is not medical advice.

11. 11. Limitation of liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any reaction, discomfort or injury resulting from health information that was not disclosed or was inaccurate, or from failing to follow our therapists' or a medical professional's advice. Mild muscle soreness for a day or two after deep or sports-focused work is a normal response. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Vietnamese consumer protection law.

12. 12. Governing law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. We will try to resolve any concern with you directly and in good faith first; please contact us at our email (see the Contact page).

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies.
